 The Children's Ministries offered at Staunton Alliance Church are geared toward giving your son or daughter knowledge about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and developing a personal relationship with Him. It is our prayer that parents will participate in helping the ministry teams with this endeavor.
Nursery
Nursery is provided for the 8:30 a.m. and the 11:00 a.m. Sunday morning worship services. Infants have their own quiet room complete with a private area for nursing. Toddlers (walking - 2 years old) and Pre-School (3 & 4 years old) children have developmentally suitable toys in each spacious room. A snack may be provided and an outside area for play is also available.
Sunday School
Children enjoy age appropriate lessons taught by caring Christians. There are classes for children ages18 months - 5th grade. There are also Sunday school classes for 6th grade-adults.
Children & Worship
Kindergarten through 3rd graders participate in a worship service (offered at the 11:00 service) for their age level including praise songs, a Bible story, and a related activity. They are dismissed during the service to go to the C&W room.
SAC PAC
Meeting on Wednesday evenings, SAC PAC (4th - 5th grades) is intended to give children the opportunity to learn to study the Bible. SAC PAC gives tools for studying and applying Scripture as well as basic Christian doctrine.
Special Events
Throughout the year, children participate in a variety of seasonal activities and celebrations, including a Harvest Festival, a Children's Missions Festival, service projects, and Vacation Bible School/Outreach to the Community.
