 Staunton Alliance Youth Ministries exists to develop high school and middle school students into radical followers of Jesus Christ. We seek to create an environment that encourages youth to take ownership of their faith as they make living for Christ a lifestyle. We are dedicated to the values of SAC: Intimacy with God, authentic Biblical community, connecting with our world, and multiplying disciples, and strive to make these values a reality in the lives of our youth.
Ministries for Students:
REFUGE—Our goal is to encourage and challenge students in their faith while deepening their friendships. We accomplish this through prayer, interaction, teaching, worship, and service. Small Groups are a strategic part of Refuge. In small group, students are equipped and challenged in biblical principles that influence their self-identity, relational integrity, and daily choices. We provide care and accountability for our students as they seek to live for Christ. The Lord has used our times together to bring some serious transformation into the lives of students.
High School & Middle School Refuge meets on Wednesdays from 6:45-8:30 pm.
SUNDAY SCHOOL—We all need a consistent intake of God’s Word. As we read and study the Bible, we can know the character of God and what His plans are for us. We discuss the books and themes of the Bible in relevant and practical ways. High School & Middle School Sunday School meets on Sundays from 9:45-10:45 am.
OUTREACH & SERVICE—We seek to encourage and equip our students to effectively share their faith at school, at home, and around the world.
